Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for using the Techovate Expert Solutions – a product of Techovate Digital Solutions LLC. The portal is committed to providing quality services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of services, or if the circumstances demand a refund, we are here to help.

Note: Selection of Expert and scheduling a service is at the sole discretion of the Users. No refund or cancellation is allowed once the service is consumed – partially or fully.

Service Guarantee

  • Users may request a refund if booked schedules are not honored by the experts as agreed.
  • Experts receive payment only after success completion of a scheduled appointment or task.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: If scheduled task is undelivered or expert fails to show up for a agreed appointment.
  • Non-refundable:
    • The services that are partially or fully utilized.
    • Fees for urgent/expedited services that are already initiated
    • No-show from Users for an agreed appointment

Cancellation of Services

  • Users can cancel the scheduled services before or after acceptance by the chosen Expert
    • Before acceptance – Charges are not debited from user account.
    • After acceptance – For cancellation done 2 hours prior to scheduled service
      • If user cancels the schedule, platform fee shall be deducted from the amount paid prior to refund.
      • If expert cancels the schedule, platform fee or $10.00 whichever is higher shall be charged to expert, and adjusted from future booking.
    • After acceptance – For cancellation done more than 2 hours prior to scheduled service
      • 100% of the paid amount shall be refunded.
  • In case of no-show from User or Expert, the platform automatically initiates cancellation and refund process.

Process

  1. In case of no-show from Expert, the platform initiates refund process automatically.
  2. For manual cancellation, both the user and expert can use the delete option on the transaction page to delete or cancel an already scheduled event.
